She was sitting there, on her phone and miserable. She has no place in customer service, let alone a federal agency. Horrible experience, I will never go back to this location.

She trusted me and gave me back the difference I was claiming and said that she would call me after she closed out her cash drawer to let me know if there was an issue. She called me, as promised, and let me know that we were even. Nicely handled Goldy and thank you.
