- JAJackie ANov 12, 20251.0Today, Monday Nov 12th, 11am, whoever hired that lady to work there needs to reconsider. She took my package and literally threw it in the bin without saying a word. She was sitting there, on her phone and miserable. She has no place in customer service, let alone a federal agency. Horrible experience, I will never go back to this location.

The attendant was inside, but had turned off the lights and locked the door. Not customer focused. I had a very brief drop off.
