The employee told me his name: George and also the lady with him at that time both deserve a recognition for the silent but deep compromise and dedication to their jobs. Thank you! Thanks America!

Note says I can pick up at post office next day (Saturday). Turns out they’re closed on Saturday! Unreal! 2 months ago another parcel was “delivered” and tracking info showed specific date AND TIME of delivery. Turns out it was a big lie. My security camera showed no delivery that day and my parcel arrived 4 days later. This post office manager needs to be fired and replaced by someone who can do much better than this.
