- MHMarie Henry5 days ago5.0Went to the sunrise location today 02/28 for walk in passports and was assisted by Kimesha, she was the only person doing passports and was patient and answered all my questions. She was helpful and efficient. She made the process easy and smooth. She was also very knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The lady helping us, I think her name was Kamisha or something like that, very blingy type of girl, was very courteous at the beginning, even making sure we could be the 1st when we came back for walk-ins the next week, but then she made a clerical error, which was okay at first, but refused to take accountability and was very rude and told us to go elsewhere after we asked her to restart from the top so she could do it right. We had to call the supervisor and even she was telling Kamisha to just do it as it was her job. Kamisha ended up basically giving her responsibilities to another employee. Honestly don't go here as the employees are mostly incompetent and entitled.

- GMGigi MelendezJan 29, 20261.0Yea well..., not sure who is exactly responsible. The postal service workers were good at the location. However, I paid for an overnight package service $33.25. Although delivery was not guaranteed to arrive the next day, the package was not delivered until January 29th. Thats six days later unacceptable! ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD THING.I DIDN'T USE SNAIL MAIL., although it was pretty much snail mail, to me. With that being said , not worth the money.
