- AAAmyDec 1, 20251.0Mailed a card with money in it ( yes, my fault) the other person never received. Went to this post office and told the front desk woman what happened. She started yelling at me to not send money (which I said I understood) but my response was that it is a federal offense to open someone else’s mail and she kept on denying it over and over again. They really need to educate their staff-that opening or taking someone else’s mail is a federal offense. It baffles my mind that she believes that it is okay to open someone else’s mail. Sad world if you can’t trust the post office….

I was told by clerk today that he had enough of me and he pointed to the door. The two people in line screamed at me u heard him get out. I just wanted my mail forwarded. Would anyone want to be treated like this?? I was never rude just wanted my mail forwarded and they keep sending it back to sender with reasons that r not correct. Sad, to have a mail professional screaming at me! I think the 2.8 total ratings from all the reviews are too kind. This man has burn out and needs a vacation!! Help I still need my mail. I closed out my PO Box they were sending back to sender and he refused to take my doc's w/ the change of address needed to get forwarded then screamed Had enough of me and pointed to the door for me to get out!! Anyone want to top this!! I've had my PO for 15 years and until this man never had a problem getting my mail. Very sad!! I'm mortified. Never had people scream at me like the villagers in Frankenstein to get out!!
- MMMarie M.Oct 8, 20254.0This is a small boutique USPS store located in the rear of Coral Ridge Mall in East Fort Lauderdale. The agent was polite and helpful, and I was happily surprised that they provide different types of black markers for their customers to self-serve their shipping needs. I came in with my box ready to ship, but because the contents were fragile, I asked if they had stickers or tape labeled, FRAGILE, for added protection. That's when the agent directed me to the self-serve counter to use the fat marker and label my box accordingly. There weren't a lot of customers in the store. I was the second in line both times and the wait was good, compared to other USPS locations. The one thing which is very confusing is that the entrance is the exit and those who go into the entrance to access their PO Boxes, have to walk all the way around, instead of simply across (one set of doors is to the left and another set to the right) to enter the store. While there may be an unseen purpose in having done this, it's not common logic for their customers--and it's inconvenient to have to walk around on the sidewalk to get to the entranceway. Withal, it was a positive experience!
