    I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this UPS Store. I completely understand the importance of following company policies and procedures, but I was disappointed by how something so simple was handled. I only needed a small 8-inch piece of tape to seal a return package, and instead of helping, the employee informed me I could purchase an entire roll for $8.00. At FedEx and most other places, you can buy tape for about $4.00 or they’re willing to provide a small piece when you’re just trying to ship a package. It’s unfortunate that such a small courtesy couldn’t be extended here — especially when I ended up leaving without being able to send my package. I hope UPS reconsiders this policy and focuses more on customer convenience and satisfaction.
