  I typically have a good experience at this UPS but today I had the displeasure of dealing with DONALD. Avoid DONALD at all costs. He’s a scammer and tries to charge patrons for envelops/boxes when they aren't required. My receipt CLEARLY says UPS will label AND pack my order. He told me I HAD to pay for an envelope even though my receipt said I didn’t need one.

  This is my local store to mail from and most of the staff there is quite helpful however there is one employee who is amazing. His name is Nate. He treats everyone with a big hello and kindness helps you with your packages getting through the door goes over and beyond the duties of his job he’s one of the main reasons I continue to come to this location instead of the Fedex. It’s hard to find employees this young who truly enjoys their job and helping their customers.
