Leaving this review IMMEDIATELY after the service. I had placed an online order to be ready on Thursday (scheduled selection) at a different location but they were not able to complete it so it went to this location. The girl called and said it would be ready and sent back to the location i placed the order at, however it wasn’t. I called Thursday morning and she ensured me the latter. I was not able to pick up on Thursday due to a flight delay, i arrived at the original location for them to tell me it wasn’t sent there and that i could either come back later or go there .. since this is for a timed event i went there. As i arrived a FedEx driver was also there to pick up my order, i stopped it in time. I had another print literally 2 color print job that in good customer service should have been on the house.. but instead it was met with attitude because she had told another worker she was the only one there and couldnt do all the tasks so i got that heat for no reason… as she checked me out and sure its $5 but again should have been good customer service.. i just looked at her dumb founded and paid she slams her scanner down and then walks away… i honestly blame FedEx more as they should ensure their locations are adequately staffed .. but girlfriend if i wasnt branded and picking up a work order choice words would have been said and the ENTIRE ORDER WOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED because that attitude and lack of customer service was uncalled for!

Printers don’t work unless your photocopying. There’s no one to help you. The place is pointless.

Terrible experience with the Manager Elizabeth. Didn’t want to help me print some labels. Said I had to come back another day. So unprofessional and unhelpful!

Wow, what an amazing experience at this FedEx branch — if you’re looking to buy boxes instead of actually ship anything. The staff must be on commission, because they were absolutely determined to sell me a $13.99 “tablet shipping box.”
I came back two days later, thinking maybe we could just, you know, ship something. Nope!My sturdy shoebox wasn’t a “real shipping box.” (Silly me — I thought the whole point was to protect the item, not make a fashion statement.)
They assured me they weren’t trying to sell me anything, but funny enough, the word “sale” came up both times. I guess that’s just part of the customer service script here.
If you’re trying to mail something, good luck — unless you’re also in the market for an overpriced piece of cardboard.
