  This is a horrible FedEx Office. The staff seems so entitled and always so rude. Unfortunately, since this is the only FedEx location near my house, I've had the displeasure of being helped by a few different employees and not one of them has been pleasant. The latest experience really did it for me. I dropped off a package and didn't realize that FedEx was supposed to pack it instead of me doing it myself. I fully understand that it was my mistake. Tim repacked it (which I appreciate), and then asked me to take my empty box out to the dumpster in the parking lot. I even asked if he could take it, and he said, "Hmm, no, we have a lot already." I get owning up to my mistake lol, but being told to take trash out to the parking lot dumpster as a customer is wild. Every visit here feels like you're inconveniencing them just by walking in. If I had any other FedEx option nearby, I would absolutely use it.

  Dawn and Christiana were incredible in helping me with a huge order on a very tight turnaround. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and I truly can’t thank them enough for their dedication and support. They absolutely deserve another printer in the back!

  Huge shout out to Zakedra- she provided amazing customer service when I couldn’t figure out the large format printer for architectural plans- she got all my stuff printed out and even divided it up into separate rolls for each sub! Thank you!!!!

  I use FedEx for my company's shipping just about everyday. This is without question the most poorly run, unprofessional FedEx location in all of South Florida - and that's saying a lot. Yesterday's example: I dropped my package off at 6:59 pm and paid over $200 for First Overnight Shipping. I specifically asked if this was going out today and was told yes, the last pickup was at 7:30 pm. I beat this time by 31 minutes, yet when I checked in on the delivery this morning to ensure it delivered - a very important birthday gift - I found out that it never left the facility and was marked as "Dropped Off After Hours." This was the final straw and we will be formally filing complaints with FedEx corporate and leadership.
