- DKDebra KindelspergerApr 3, 20261.0My husband mailed a package at 9:58am on March 30, 2026 to Titusville, NJ. Estimated delivery date 04/02/2026. The package did not even arrive at the Jacksonville Regional Distribution Center until APRIL 2, 2026. The package left Jacksonville Distribution Center on April 3rd. Where was it on the 31st of March and the 1st of April? We went to the post office and neither Chris nor Bianca were empathetic nor could/would they answer our questions as to why the package did not get scanned at the distribution center until the 2nd of April (3 days after we left it with the Fleming Island Post Office). They placed all the blame on the distribution center. Next time I mail a package to my family in New Jersey, I will not use this post office location. The line was backed up when we arrived at the post office due to someone was opening a P.O. Box and only one clerk (Chris) was available. By the time we made it to the counter at around 5:00pm he was trying to move us a long. Bianca came out of the pass port door to encourage us to hurry up with our business. It was past 5:00 and time to go home.

The moment I pulled up; I got the red-carpet treatment. Somebody was waiting for me with a warm smile. I was in and out fast. Who am I kidding? This place is a disaster. They had the "passport office is closed" sign up. Thanks for the heads up! A text letting me know the office is closed would've been nice. Why bother even having a "passport office" when it's always closed. This place is a joke.

Horrible attitude, even self kiosk inside says no appointment required for kids under 16
