The folks at the front were LOVELY! I’m truly unsure why this location has such low stars. It was clean and tidy. Completely efficient. Kind and warm! Just a wonderful place to receive help. I was in and out!
A man with glasses and broad shoulders, from St. Pete originally, helped me so so much. Both of the folks at the front were warm and so friendly!!!!!

No one at the counter when I walked in. Prepaid packages literally overflowing off the countertop on BOTH sides. One lady came out and started turning the lights out at 4:40pm. Typical government-run institution. We deserve more for our tax dollars.

The customer service representative today, 02/06/2026 at around 11:40 AM (the only one present at the time), treated people like objects. She would not even look clients in the face, and when asked questions she would respond with sounds like “uhm” or similar dismissive noises.
I could clearly see signs of deep depression, anger, and repulsion—probably not specifically toward the clients, but toward the job she was doing or something happening in her personal life. This person needs URGENT intervention. Furthermore, clients do not deserve to be treated this way. She spoke bitterly, talked over clients, and appeared to be holding in a lot of anger.
People like this should not be in a customer service position, and probably should not be interacting with any human being other than a psychiatrist. This is the kind of anger that leads people to commit mass violence, because that is honestly what it looked like she wanted to do—at least from my sincere perception.
