She would not even look clients in the face, and when asked questions she would respond with sounds like “uhm” or similar dismissive noises. I could clearly see signs of deep depression, anger, and repulsion—probably not specifically toward the clients, but toward the job she was doing or something happening in her personal life. This person needs URGENT intervention. Furthermore, clients do not deserve to be treated this way. She spoke bitterly, talked over clients, and appeared to be holding in a lot of anger. People like this should not be in a customer service position, and probably should not be interacting with any human being other than a psychiatrist. This is the kind of anger that leads people to commit mass violence, because that is honestly what it looked like she wanted to do—at least from my sincere perception.
