- BEBrian ErricksonNov 15, 20251.0Check my reviews. I’ve never given 1 star or even 2 stars… Went in on Saturday Nov 15 around 230pm to return 2 identical Amazon items in their boxes. Asked UPS employee Jorge for a piece of tape to secure two thin boxes together to use the same generated Amazon return label. He told me he would not be giving me a piece of tape because Amazon would not accept it without a box. I told him they are boxes. The items were boxed in their original boxes and when taped together would equal a singular package. We went back and forth for a little bit and I told him it wasn’t up to him to deny my my choice of shipping to Amazon unless it was grossly incorrect. If Amazon didn’t like the return packaging I said I would take it up with them. He then told me I could buy some tape and pointed to the wall where they had tape for $9 a roll. I told him I didn’t want to spend $9 on tape or drive home, tape the packages together, and then drive back; and could he please provide me a small piece of packing tape. He said no. By him offering to sell me tape he showed me that this was no longer an Amazon packing discussion, but instead a choice on his part to exercise a personally driven refusal to help. I told him thank you for being helpful and he then said you too. I then turned around and uttered an expletive in his direction, explained he, as a representing employee of UPS cannot treat customers in a rude or unhelpful way without recourse. I told him I would be filing a complaint with UPS corporate, which I did, and would be leaving a complaint on Google which I am doing now. He told me his name was Jorge and then he proceeded to spell it for me. I exited the building. I later taped the boxes together and dropped off at another UPS location without incident. I pray for Jorge to have a better remainder of his day because at that time he clearly wasn’t prepared to handle a simple customer interaction.

They do offer printing for same day which was huge for me bc I was last minute. Well oil machines this store , everyone moving, good to see a business still is efficient and runs in a world where everyone is appointment based, and we will get back to ya but not this place, kudos to UPS and this location. I will be back
