Every staff person was super friendly and they have a station for kids to write letters to Santa & a whole “letters to Santa” program. It was so cool. They upgraded an advertising bulletin board into a “find & search” game for kids while advertising their convenient print capabilities (business cards, invitations, flyers, stickers, calendars & more). Did you know they have Graphic Designers on staff & a Notary? They made me want to come back when I will literally pay money to not have to mail something. Lol Anywho, the manager, I believe his name is Chris - he takes pride in this UPS operation and customer experience. In a world full of self check outs they clearly invest in the human interaction here and it’s very refreshing. 10/10 Mail all your packages & Amazon returns from here!!

I had 3 amazon returns, a package to ship, stamps to buy, and a crying baby in tow. She was so patient and helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience, pleasant.
