- DSDale SonettApr 9, 20262.0Their pricing has gone through the roof! I have been a long time customer and have a mailbox with them. The first year it was $203, then $192, then $211, then a big jump to $308. This year it is $410!!! Their prices have doubled!! I doubt their cost of doing business has doubled. I have gone from a satisfied customer to a customer that no longer trusts this business. My understanding is that the local franchise owner sets the pricing. Clearly no respect for the customer, just a money grab. I have another mailbox in another state and my renewal this year was $235. Contractors on the island often do this and the word gets out. Not good for business long term. Buyer beware!
