- CKChip KirkpatrickNov 1, 20252.0Tried to order customized Christmas cards. The STAPLES website was difficult to work with as I couldn’t load my artwork or text as I wanted. Went to the store for assistance. The associates were less than helpful. One said he had no idea. Another just pointed to a button and suggested I try it. I never got it as I really wanted but did succeed in laying it out finally. What could have been and should have been simple was frustrating. I didn’t feel like a customer but an inconvenience.

The first time everything was great. 2nd time not so great although they were able to fix a typo i made halfway through printing. But on the 2nd order I ordered glossy print on my cards. Got there for pickup and they weren't glossy, and this batch of card were really thing. I was disappointed with my 2nd order so now I'm left with 500 card that weren't what i ordered online...
