Went to the store for assistance. The associates were less than helpful. One said he had no idea. Another just pointed to a button and suggested I try it. I never got it as I really wanted but did succeed in laying it out finally. What could have been and should have been simple was frustrating. I didn’t feel like a customer but an inconvenience.
