If there are 4 people in line, don’t spend 5 minutes looking for coupons for one person and offering more and more options and explaining what a receipt is. Ask them to wait while ringing up other people. Or open another cash register. Something. If there was another place to print documents on the island, I would use it.

However, during my most recent visit it took 5 minutes before a staff member showed up at the copy desk to help me with my laminating needs, and he then told me (an hour and fifteen minutes before closing) that the laminator was already turned off and couldn't be turned back on. A wasted trip. I could understand them turning it off 15 minutes before closing in order to cool down, but 1:15 before is excessive.

Staples told me they forgot to order labels. I'm 74 years old, disabled, on a fixed income and can ill afford to be riding around waiting for Staples to be able to do their job.
