The employee who printed the labels forgot to put the shipping label on the package, valued at several thousands of dollars, which resulted in it being shipped to some other location. I had to open a claim with FedEx and here I am, almost 3 weeks later with no resolve in sight. The package apparently went to a hotel who was gracious enough to contact me and inform me of the package delivery. I informed FedEx and they have done nothing to try to retrieve it, although they know where it is and have all the contact information. Please do yourself a service and ship with someone else.
