  No complaints. Only had a simple pre-paid drop off but could not have been a better experience. Not too busy, super friendly, professional staff member & in/out in 5 minutes.

  Absolutely horrible service .. lady was having a bad day 8/12/25 @ 10am … she insisted I spend money I didn’t have to o ship a return with a prepaid label I already had in Hand … rude and extremely sarcastic—- completely unnecessary …

  I'm back to update my review to a 5-Star after going back to discuss my complaint when a manager was there... Shay, the manager, was very receptive and accommodating. She understood my frustrations and quickly provided a remedy.... She was exceptionally nice and motivated to take care of the customer first. After speaking with her, she indicated that I made no mistake when using the self-service printer. She mention that on occasion, it was a technical issue with the machine. No problem with her. This woman brings exception value to this office. Everyone that came into that store knew her, and went out of the way to ask her about her grandchildren -- that says a lot. I will continue to frequent this location -- with service this great, I'd be a fool to go elsewhere. This is an update to my previous review -- which is below: Horrible...Talk about customer NO service. Nate acted like a robot. It was like he was NOT human. He couldn't think for himself because the bosses weren't there. I went in to ask to get some printing done, and he directed me over to the self service printers. I inserted my USB in the port and followed the directions to print a 16-page pdf file in black and white. I chose the 2-side option for 50 copies, which was 800-pages... When I got home, all of the copies on the back of each side were upside down. Went back to the store to see if I could get them reprinted, but before I could really say he anything, he quickly inserted that we don't give refunds... If I could get an entire sentence out of my mouth, then he'd know I wasn't there for a refund. He then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't understand how to use the printers, I should have asked him for help. I get that... But I did follow the directions on the printer and that's what I got. He proceeded to tell me... 'that's what I'm suppose to tell you'. He wouldn't budge or offer any solutions on how we could remedy this issue. I then brought in the 2 books I purchased while waiting for the printing to complete, and decided I'd take my business elsewhere and asked for a refund on the books. He proceeded to tell me he's not authorized to give refunds...Indicated he was not yet qualified. We asked if we could speak with a manager, he indicated he's not able to call or give out information that would allow us to reach a manager. I will admit, he was not nasty or rude. But he acted like a drone that was programmed to follow certain commands, based on the question... It was like he couldn't think for himself. Some people are unfit to interact with customers -- he's on of them. He should stay in the back and do his job, and that doesn't include interacting with customers. If this is what customer service at FedEx Kinkos is like when dealing with small business owners, I'd rather take my biz elsewhere. Because of 'NATE', I think I'm going to go back and work with my staff to ensure they never communicate and act like that. I want my people to think. I want them to look out for the best interest of our customers.
