- BPBekah POct 29, 20255.0Phil and Stephanie are wonderful postal employees. Can't say enough great things about them both. Phil was super helpful on the phone when I called to make appointments for my family and I. Stephanie processed our documents for our new passports (they do have the forms there but if you go on the Department of States passport web site you can fill it out entirely online and print the DS 11 form and bring it in). Observed both employees helping other customers as well while I was there and they are both very pleasant, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make your experience a total pleasure. Someone in my family recommended a place at one of the college campuses in our county to get our passports, but for where we live Fellsmere is just as close and traffic isn't a nightmare to deal with like it is for us to go to Kissimmee. So glad I decided to check this location out to apply. They made the process a breeze. Thanks again Phil and Stephanie. You two are awesome!!

The other Lady that was working with him, and I apologize I forgot her name, both were very proficient and went above and beyond to make sure my documents were correct and in order. I appreciate them both for making my process peaceful and full of ease. This type of professionalism is what our Country has been lacking. Thank you both! High five!! They are the best of the best!
