  I go to this location to drop off my Amazon returns at, I’ll later get a notification saying the package hasn’t been received even though I already dropped it off. It’s confusing and concerning. It makes me wonder if the staff isn’t scanning the packages in correctly. When I come in, it also doesn’t feel like there’s much care or attention given to the process. I’m hoping this can be looked into so customers don’t have to worry about whether their returns are actually being processed.

  I was shocked by the prices at this location. It genuinely feels like the store is ripping people off. Why are prices here 3x higher than at your other stores or competitors? This level of price difference is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to ever shop here again.

  I need to be brutally honest about the customer service at this UPS Store. The staff, which is mostly women, have some of most horrendous attitudes I’ve dealt with in a long time. They’re do not value you costumers at all, and it shows the moment you walk in. It’s like they’re annoyed at having to help customers, which is literally their job. Out of the three or four employees I’ve interacted with, only one is even remotely pleasant, and even she seems like she’s just putting on an act. Maybe she’s the lead, I don’t know. But overall, the attitudes here are unacceptable for people who work directly with the public all day. This store seriously needs to work on professionalism and basic courtesy. It should not feel like an inconvenience to get help.

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this UPS Store has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I shipped a package from this location containing my passport, visa, and travel documents (worth $550 before tax), and the package was lost. I first realized it was missing on October 9th and have spent the last month speaking with around 15 different UPS representatives, including claims, investigations, and multiple supervisors. UPS Loss Prevention informed me that the store is fully responsible for the investigation and any compensation because the shipment was processed using the store’s account. An investigation was submitted on October 15th, and I was supposed to receive a follow-up after 7 days; that call never happened. I emailed the store manager on November 4th and received no response. I called the store to confirm he had received my email. A week later, I called again and was told the manager called me and was unable to reach me but no voicemail was left and I didn’t see the call come through. I asked if they could advise the manager to email me instead since I’m at work during the hours he comes in. It is now November 14th, and I still have not received a single follow-up or acknowledgment from the manager. The package has been confirmed unrecoverable, and the only thing I was offered was a refund for the shipping cost on October 15th. A refund of $22 for the return shipment which I feel is unacceptable given the value and importance of what was lost. Because of this, I missed my trip on October 18th and now I must urgently replace all my documents for another upcoming trip. I wish something could have been done to help with the expenses of replacing these documents (even half would have sufficed), but at this point I am no longer going to reach out to the manager/the store. All the items will have to be replaced out of my own pocket, and I simply wish the party responsible for losing them could have helped. As a manager myself, I put my customers first. With a situation this serious, I would have made communication a priority. I understand everyone manages differently, but the lack of accountability, follow-up, and professionalism here is shocking. I will NEVER be stepping foot in this store again.
