It was the worst UPS store I've been to in my life, and they managed to make it even worse recently after halving the lobby size. It's kinda fascinating how bad. No service, just attitude. I was returning packages and they refuse to take them in person, you can only use the machine, even if there's an issue, like it's too big/heavy or you have a question. The last time I came here my Am. return got lost, which never happened to me in 2 decades, and I got charged for it. This place has 1-star ratings for a reason.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It takes a lot to upset a customer like me and I was thoroughly disappointed with this UPS. As a local and a frequent UPS customer, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Simply went to make a few Amazon returns and got the runaround between the kiosk and employee about how to return these items. I’ve never had so much difficulty with an Amazon return ever and these employees make it literally impossible to do so. Don’t waste your time stopping at this UPS, just drive the extra miles to Gulf Coast Town Center or the one near San Carlos. Do better and stop being jerks.

I think the previous reviews are false, or are coming from people who think the world owes them something! I have been to this location several times and have received nothing but top notch service! It costs zero dollars to be kind and patient to someone, especially those who work in customer service! The owner should be proud that he has such hardworking staff, and I feel bad that they have to deal 🗑️ all day!!

I have spent alot of time at UPS recently with a multitude of Amazon returns. EVERY time I have been here Vicky has been consistently patient and helpful with everyone, even those who are rude and impatient.
There's another little gal who is a floater - helps with Amazon returns, moves packages and boxes, whatever needs to be done. I'm not sure of her name (Zemmy??) She is also friendly and helpful.
These two women make UPS easy and almost a pleasure!! ☺️

The staff here are great, and if they have an attitude i can imagine why, i would hate to deal with the people around this area as well. Have had two back to back encounters where people have treated them like 🗑️over having to pay fees or even serve themselves at the self serve kiosk which makes things SO much easier. Unfortunately this store is great and the customers are just 🗑️ and privledged. Coming from someone who has worked in customer service i feel sorry for the staff here! overall great location.
