Seems this store has an issue with this and the owners response is the same over and over. Obviously they don't care.

I also witnessed her being unhelpful to two other customers who ended up leaving upset. The man working at the Estero location was rude, had a disrespectful attitude and was not helpful in any way. It seems from these reviews that this is not an isolated problem. I will not be back to this location. This individual needs training in appropriate customer service.

She makes you go and stand in line while there's no one in line in front of her to check the items in on the self-service kiosk. I think this is ridiculous and she's has a very poor attitude. I'm going to look into making a complaint further up the UPS store corporate ladder because people with attitudes like this make UPS who I'm a big customer of. Have a bad name. Go to another UPS store. Every other one gives you great service and this one is horrible. If I could give zero Stars I would
