Seems this store has an issue with this and the owners response is the same over and over. Obviously they don't care.

I also witnessed her being unhelpful to two other customers who ended up leaving upset. I don't know how well they can actually do their job here because I couldn't get past the horrible customer service. Go anywhere else but here!
