  I recently had a frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I came in with my own prepaid shipping label and envelope, and I just needed a simple pouch to hold the label. The lady who helped me told me I’d have to pay an extra dollar for it, even though I already had everything else. I wasn’t happy about paying that extra fee, especially because I had a prepaid label with me. Then I asked if I could just use masking tape next time, and she said, “Yes, but not ours.” To make it worse, I went to another FedEx location afterward and they gave me the pouch for free without any hassle. It seems like it’s just this store’s policy, and honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth. The store was way friendlier before the new hires and management.

  Very happy with our experience at this FedEx location! We had many things to ship (including ridiculously large/heavy rugs), to multiple different places in the US.. the FedEx employee (Kierra) helped us all day across three separate visits; she was patient, friendly, informative, and overall efficient at every level. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of this experience 😆👍

  Stopped into this Kinko's location yesterday morning to have some color copies made along with a JPEG scan -- which should have been a fairly simple request and I felt as though I was inconvenience to your business. I had a priority mail envelope with me because I needed to stop at the post office to mail out the copies once complete. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with, "we don't do priority mail here" instead of "hello, how can I help you today?" I hadn't even mentioned needing to mail anything, I simply had the envelope with me. From there, every other simple request seemed to be an issue. When I asked about the scan, your employee said, "We just got a new machine and I haven't been trained on it yet." Then, when she did try to scan my documents, it didn't work the first time, at which point she literally cursed at the machine as I was standing there. Also, I had specifically asked for a JPEG scan and when I got home to download the scan, it had been saved as a PDF file and not a JPEG, so I had to have the document re-scanned. I would suggest that you encourage your staff to have a "can do" attitude. I understand having limited technical resources at your center, but then you might want to let your employees know how to provide your customers with other options... such as, "the Kinko's up on Cleveland Avenue does have those capabilities or the post office can help you with that, etc." And, frankly, as a business owner, I would be appalled if any of my employees cursed in front of customers.
