The envelope had a tracking number, Upon checking that number it said delivered in mail box at 11:04 a.m. on the 9th. Called PO today. Man answering the phone sounded and responded in an agitated manner. I told him the proper address on the package. He kept insisting it was another address. He did send a person to check mail boxes. Today, mind you the receipt shows delivery on the 9th. You can not sue the P.O. they have no accountability and in this instance show no responsibility. I have worked with the Postal Inspectors, in Chicago, in years past. They are good. I will give them a call tomorrow, Chip
