Worst experience ever! The lady who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude. I will never go there again. My suggestion: stay away from this location. I grabbed my things and drove to the Main Street location where I usually go, they are always helpful and friendly.

Worst employees, totally unhelpful. Will return your mail for the most trivial reason ,that no other post office around seems to have an issue with,.Just this Branch. Do yourself and everyone else a favor, use another branch so they can close this one , because apparently the employees would rather tell you to go away then help you or do their job.

0 stars. Rude employees. Needed to present proof of ID in person for a change of address request. This office would not accept a Mexican Consular ID. Rude older man asked a rude younger guy if it was okay. Instead of looking through their manual, just said no. Then rude older man manhandled my phone to show me the list of "accepted" forms of ID. It was not busy, they could have reviewed their policies, but are lazy. Went to another office, and Mexican Consulate ID was accepted to process the change of address request. I will get their names and file a complaint. Here is the official wording from the United States Postal Service (USPS) manual showing that a Matrícula Consular (Mexico) is explicitly listed as an acceptable primary form of photo identification for services such as a Change of Address (COA): “To be accepted as a primary form of identification, … c. Matricula Consular (Mexico): A Matricula Consular card is an identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside Mexico.”
