0 stars. Rude employees. Needed to present proof of ID in person for a change of address request. This office would not accept a Mexican Consular ID. Rude older man asked a rude younger guy if it was okay. Instead of looking through their manual, just said no. Then rude older man manhandled my phone to show me the list of "accepted" forms of ID. It was not busy, they could have reviewed their policies, but are lazy. Went to another office, and Mexican Consulate ID was accepted to process the change of address request. I will get their names and file a complaint.
Here is the official wording from the United States Postal Service (USPS) manual showing that a Matrícula Consular (Mexico) is explicitly listed as an acceptable primary form of photo identification for services such as a Change of Address (COA):
“To be accepted as a primary form of identification, …
c. Matricula Consular (Mexico): A Matricula Consular card is an identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside Mexico.”

Had to go to this location as my other one closed down, a shame cause they were perfect there by Trinity. My honest review of the placed I walked in not welcomed just one person packaging and one person at the counter. I had to return my eye glasses and I went to the counter and I will say the guy helped me put my package in the envelope and etc, but he then said they do not tape the label. So I had to buy tape for $4 which is ridiculous, didn’t know they were that bad off. Other that it’s okay here. But if it’s closer go somewhere where somebody welcomes you and your business

If I could avoid this USPS location, I absolutely would — but unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my home. Every visit feels more like a chore than it should. The staff are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. If you're unfamiliar with the system or have questions, be prepared to feel like you're somehow at fault. Instead of offering assistance, they often give condescending looks and do the bare minimum to help.
What really left me uncomfortable during my last visit was when the clerk took it upon herself to tap the “smiley face” on the satisfaction keypad at the counter — before I even had the chance to respond. That kind of feedback system is meant to reflect the customer’s experience, not the employee’s input. It felt misleading and inappropriate.
I understand post offices can be busy and stressful, but courtesy, patience, and honesty go a long way in public service roles. Sadly, this location consistently falls short on all three.

Small, dirty, some of the workers are not pleasant.
And they've also gotten lazy because they used to close at 5- and now they close at 4:30. Why? Why not just stay open till five like most other post offices?? Sad. Nobody wants to work anymore
