I got a package shipped for my nephews birthday, bought stamps, and got information about having a package shipped to me on base even though I am only here short term. 5 star service, clean store, quick processes. I read the other reviews posted here last week. Some of those reviews are old and others are just not a true picture of the service at this United States Post Office.
- MGMark GehringerFeb 5, 20261.0They advertise that they do Walk-ins for Passport applications M-F 10am-3pm. We tried calling to verify but for days no one picked up the phone. Finally my wife drove to the office to verify just to learn that they only do them when Brandy is there (who wasn't there that day). We were told she would be there today, but is done at 3 (application complete or not). We grabbed the kids after school and got there just before 2 only to learn that Brandy had left at 1pm. This is not how you run a customer service operation, but ask me if I am shocked!
