Glenn was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a very emotional time for me as I needed to mail something very sentimental. Glenn helped me through the entire process. Thank you for your service. We need more people like Glenn working here.

Edit- My family is actually in the process of getting the postmaster of this location terminated from her job title. USPS is investigating her and I’m contacting city officials and the city manager to hold her accountable. Refusing to let someone change their address isn’t just a refusal to do your job, it’s illegal. If you’re preventing me from receiving important documents that I rely on, that puts the city in jeopardy of being sued. I have not been able to access my debit card in 3 months because this post office failed to change my address after my REPEATED attempts to do so. They never even told me I needed verification after scanning my barcode THREE times. After this, they kept insinuating that I was LYING about my new address. My entire household is extremely angry with this postmaster and wants her fired. I also have several packages I was expecting for months, that this post office REFUSED to deliver. Trust me, I am keeping contact records for this postmaster and emailing the proper authorities. This postmaster’s behavior and refusal to give services to the public is illegal and criminal. This incident will not go unnoticed by your higher management, trust me.
