- LWLaura WeemsFeb 23, 20251.0The woman who works there lied about leaving a key in my pob. It wasn't there and so I called when I returned it magically appeared. I spoke to her boss and complained and was told that the woman was trained by several people and it would be taken care of. The woman told me she didn't appreciate being called a liar so I said "then don't lie". Ever since, my mail I always late, if I even get it at all. My mother in law frequently sends things to me (packages and cards). It willbe mailed and after nearly 3 weeks, I still haven't gotten my mail. When the man who works there is on duty, my mail is always on time. This woman doesn't like me and I belive she holds my mail. I also complained that she would put other peiples mail in my pob. It happened frequently so I know if I'm getting other people's mail, so are other customers. I have complained so many times about this same person and I don't know why she is still working there. I am considering opening a new pob at another location because of her incompetence.

Called usps to find out where my mail is and they can't even find where the change of address was ever inputted in the system. So the lady never did it and now I have no clue where my mail is going or where it's at. Thanks ebro post office for messing this up for me and my family.
