- RNRenee North2 days ago1.0They don’t deliver mail. They don’t inform on packages being received and held at the post office. They update tracking data saying the address needs to be corrected or that the customer requested the item be held at the post office, or my favorite, customer refused delivery - all being untrue and made up. They initiated an arbitrary 5 day hold before sending items back if they aren’t picked up, marking them as “refused”… rather than deliver packages to the address printed on the label to homeowners… which is their only job.
