Horrible delivery service and they are breaking the law by forwarding statements they are not supposed to and let’s not even talk about trying to get an agent on the phone to speak to someone

Nice hometown service in a growing fast paced community. Every concern is addressed and just good people doing a stressful job. Managers and couriers are top notch

If I could do less than one star I would! Just moved here ( unfortunately) worse mail service ever! Someday they just decide not to come at all. If they come it's 7 or 8 pm, not kidding! I complained in person, she said I'll tell the supervisor. No change a week later. Disgraceful.

I’ve been goin here a lot lately. I think the employees they have there do a pretty good job honestly. I refuse to press the smiley face on the screen at the counter because touching something so many others have been touching all day is just nasty but I’m surprised all the bad reviews. I go in I drop a package off they scan it and give me a receipt. Good post office in my opinion. I think that boomers in Florida just love to find things to complain about. Don’t believe the bad reviews about this post office. They all do a good job.

Ongoing Mail Delivery Issues. I’m very disappointed with the service at the Dunnellon USPS office. I have Informed Delivery, so I know exactly what mail I’m supposed to receive — yet many pieces never arrive. I’ve seen the USPS truck stop at my neighbor’s house through my security cameras but skip mine entirely. I’ve gone to the office more than three times to report this issue, and every time I’m given a different story. The supervisor is completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and seems unwilling to take responsibility. Thankfully, one of the clerks at the counter has tried to assist me and helped locate some of my missing mail, but several items were found marked “Return to Sender – Undeliverable” even though my address is correct. Others were never found at all, and some were discovered sitting in canvas basket mixed with undelivered mail. How is it possible that some of my mail arrives while other pieces never do? This is unacceptable. I will be contacting the USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG) to request an investigation into the mail carriers and management at this location. I’m not the only one experiencing this problem — other residents have the same complaints, and nothing is being done.
