Had to come back and they wouldn't refund my cash. I have to jump through post office hoops. 45 minutes waiting in lines. And our mail delivery is better but still not what it could be.

This kind of behavior needs to be escalated and frown upon regards her unprofessional behavior at a federal workplace. This has not been the nor the first nor second time I've witnessed this. Even by the sidewalk by the back you can hear how nasty she insults at her employees when I'm on break across the street. Totally unprofessional!

NOBODY at Dunnellon PO takes any pride in their work! I’ve had 11 packages this week alone that I’ve had to go pickup because the carrier is too lazy to put them on the box.!!! Clowns
