One time, I had an urgent package, and before the mailman even sorted it into his truck, they found it for me — it literally saved me. Just a few days ago, a wonderful woman (sorry, I forgot how to spell your name) helped me repack my items to save some money. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and she never rushed me, patiently helping while I texted back and forth with a friend about shipping two urgent items and negotiating the price. It was a tedious process, but she stayed patient the entire time — truly exceptional service!
