It was scheduled to be delivered and installed Friday, July 25, 2025. I received a call from AIT stating that the bedframe is still in transit. I told her that I need the bed today. She was able to locate an extra bedframe and get everything delivered and installed before 1 PM. Great customer service.

- MKMiltreda KressJun 27, 20251.0This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve encountered. I have been in my office since 8:00 AM waiting on a delivery for my company. No delivery attempt was ever made, yet the driver marked two attempted deliveries—one at 8:49 AM and another at 8:50 AM—within one minute of each other. That’s simply not possible. To make matters worse, the company claims a text message was sent at 9:06 AM. However, the contact number on file is my desk phone, which is a landline. Texting a landline is not possible. I called your company first thing this morning and was sent to voicemail. I left a detailed message, but no one returned my call. After waiting nearly all day, I called again around 3:00 PM. At that point, I was told the driver had “left the area.” That’s hard to believe, considering I don't think the driver was ever in the area to begin with. It is also false that someone from your company called me at 2:42 PM to reschedule. I initiated the call—no one reached out to me. Extremely unprofessional & if anyone is looking for delivery service, this is not the company to entrust with your service or your customers.
