He was an incredible mentor to the new employee working alongside him, and he was incredibly intentional and thoughtful when it came to addressing our needs and going out of his way to help us package an item and get it shipped. He gave great advice and was neutral in his recommendations. We shipped a wedding bouquet and he was an absolute rockstar and knew exactly what to do.

But customer service (in general) has completely gone downhill over the last decade or so and I was just blown away with how sweet the store manager was as well as the gentleman working alongside her.
