I’ve asked for an agent over 1000 times and I’ve called six different numbers and they all do the same thing to me and I can’t leave my house. If not, I would I need help.

El día 28 de junio del 2025 envié una correspondencia a Illinois que debió llegar en 3 a 5 días. Pues nunca llegó. La señora que me atendió, cambió totalmente la dirección de destino y al día de hoy 2 de Agosto aún la correspondencia está perdida en una ciudad que ni conozco en Illinois. La comunicación en está oficina para resolver es la peor… Traté en otras oficinas y lo mismo. Ni hablar de la atención telefónica, en el app y en el website del correo nacional! Que triste y que desastre!
