I walked into the store and immediately heard loud obnoxious screaming, and I look it’s the Hispanic male with a beard talking to the black woman with longer hair about an angry customer that had called on the phone and he was making fun of her and acting like he was her. It was very unprofessional and annoying. I placed My package on the counter and then went on my phone to find the shipping label. He scanned the first package, then scanned the second package and then proceeded to tell me that the way I packaged the package wasn’t properly correct and that next time I need to not do that. Then I said what was wrong with the package? And he said you’re supposed to ship the package in the package it came in. I said I used a different box. This is not the package that came in. He said oh OK and did not apologize for saying that he was wrong and I indeed package the package properly. Now I understand why customer give him attitude…. You have an employee working here that’s telling you you’re wrong when you did it correctly then not even saying sorry or being nice. Unprofessional. Watch the video cameras in the store and you will see how disgusting his behavior is.

Today I was shipping an item, and I noticed the label I put on wasn't sticking so I asked for tape and one of them said I got it with a big smile. They make me feel welcome.
