  I visit this location often. Service is always quick and employees are very pleasant. Much better than going to a large main post office and waiting a long time in line.

  I paid 15.04 Priority mail on this post office to send a Little package to west palm beach on Monday a 45 minutes away in the same county and today Friday still in the distribution center, it was garantee going to be delivery on Wednesday or Thursday. I sent the package Lams Monday. Terrible office And they charge you extra if you pay with credit card or debut card. And without telling you at front for a little box

  They used to have great customer service, even after the new ownership a few years ago but now they are terrible. The last few times I felt the staff was rude but let it slide because it’s so convenient but not anymore. Now they charge to print a label, which if given the option, I would have printed myself but I didn’t have that option. But whatever, no big deal. After they printed the label I was told I needed to package it (that’s not on them, that’s on the company I purchased from) so I said I would come back, I asked for the label (since I paid for it) and was told no, they would keep it for me. I went back later that day and they had just closed. A week later I went back (I went on vacation the day after I went in) and was told they threw out the label and they couldn’t reprint. Girl walks away and comes back looking at me like I’m dumb, and I asked what we could do because there was no resolution given and looking at me like I’m an idiot she said I need the barcode to reprint, if you said that from the beginning without looking at me like I’m an idiot, I would have given it!! She tries to reprint and was successful, good thing I pushed for a solution…and then tells me she needs to charge me for the second label!! Like I didn’t throw it out, YOU did after I asked to take it with me. Then she has the audacity to say “this is crazy”, no ma’am this place is crazy. How sad when you would rather go into an actual post office. I will go out of my way to never walk into this place again.
