  I love visiting your store! Customer service is always top notch! The employees are always polite, pleasant, kind & eager to help you. They are so welcoming. Never had a problem with my packages not getting delivered where they supposed to be and in a timely manner. Keep up the exceptional job!

  I have been a customer at this location for 12 years. The employees have all been helpful with the exception of an issue with stealing of my printing money allegedly by the previous manager. I used this store to ship items in my role as Executor of or the estate of my deceased business partner and friend. The shipping was all done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately, I put $1000 on deposit over a few months to pay to print new marketing materials that did not have the photo of my deceased partner and friend as you could understand and was her desire for me to have professional new materials. This was a horrible tragedy losing my business partner and friend and she left me the most beautiful items to include in the printing. I asked the former manager to provide the accounting for the funds and never would. The money was taken - all of it. I have received absolutely no printing and the new management of this business has refused to resolve this felony level of theft that took place here. I only like to share positive information that will help people make decisions. I have asked to meet with the owner of the business and management and since I have made them aware that this level of theft is a felony they will not even talk to me. I feel sad and hurt that a local business that I trusted ripped me off and refuses to help resolve this matter. I lost my friend and business partner and now $1000. I have tried for more than a year to get anyone to talk to me and I really did not want to post this to serve as a warning to anyone who leaves a deposit for printing that you never know what will happen and the business is not accountable for the money you give them. It's $1,000 for business printing not $10 and I cannot drop this and let the thief or thieves get away with this. Maybe now that I posted the review I will hear from someone to resolve this matter. Putting someone in jail and pressing charges for the stolen funds will not get my printing done. I had not decided what marketing materials to make after my loss and now that I know I am hurt and frustrated that we have not been able to amicably get this resolved.

  Very disappointed with this store,I gotta say mike was a gentleman and very helpful but whoever packed my stuff just threw it in dirty used boxes and I paid for them to pack my stuff thinking it was done professionally with care,when I received my boxes you can tell the boxes were used and old bc I had packed a couple myself and u can see they are new,my personal belongings were hanging out of the boxes and dont blame the delivery person,the boxes were old worn and fragile...

  There is a particular gentleman who works at this store (large with a beard) who is consistently condescending to customers. He also has a very unhelpful disposition, I have seen him say to customers “I won”t help you”, refuse to give someone a bit of packing tape, and make people buy an new box rather than using a recycled box. I will no longer support the business because I refuse to give my money to an establishment that treats its customers poorly! If I could give negative stars I would.

  Greedy. They charge $3-something to print a label. Drive to Boca; it's half that amount.
