UPS may be getting the 5 star review, but the credit really belongs to her.

I live in Ga and she’s in Fl. it’s in my name I called to store to authorize for her to pick the package up they were rude to her and said absolutely not. So I ask if they could hold it for 7 days because I was flying down they said absolutely not so I asked if I could pay for them to put a shipping label on it to send to her address. Again they said no can’t do that either. This manager Perry and the staff was not willing to help in no way whatsoever. I will never use this store ever again. They were very short and rude and unwilling to help.
