Working with people is not easy and trust me everybody has their days but people do not care about how hard it is to try to get everything done to please everybody I think everyone that works here at this UPS is awesome. They’re above awesome and those of you that are complaining, you need to go somewhere else matter fact maybe you should work in a position where you deal with all types of people of all walks of life and stressed to the top of your head and the bottom of your feet and still try to keep a smile or deal with this 8 To 10 to 12 hours a day plus do everything else in between. People need to be thankful and try to have some understanding and respect for others not everybody’s gonna have a good day and everybody needs to stop judging and just be happy. There’s someone there to be your customer service for your service services.. God bless everyone into the people at this UPS store. I love you and may God bless you.

Never smiles. Never talks. Looks mad all the time. Isn’t helpful. If you hate your job, then quit. We don’t like unfriendly people working face to face with customers. Sorry I had to post this. Now the older gentleman, was so nice and friendly and helpful. Told me about his daughter who sings and donates candlelight tickets and was just as friendly as good be!!! If I could get him every single time that’d be great!

After trying g to get a valid QR code for a return and failing, they talked to the company so I could make the return, as well as correcting the bad info I got from the company. Everyone in the store was helpful, friendly, and polite! Can't say enough good things about them!!

I go in just about every day and even though the staff may change from time to time I must say that these people are always on their toes and doing a great job. The customer service there is amazing! The people in the store always have Smiles on their face and are willing to help you with anything. I have read some bad reviews about this location and I'm certainly not understanding why. The store is clean, the people are friendly, the service is great, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I am also a mailbox holder there and I really would never take my business anywhere else.
