I go in just about every day and even though the staff may change from time to time I must say that these people are always on their toes and doing a great job. The customer service there is amazing! The people in the store always have Smiles on their face and are willing to help you with anything. I have read some bad reviews about this location and I'm certainly not understanding why. The store is clean, the people are friendly, the service is great, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I am also a mailbox holder there and I really would never take my business anywhere else.

ABSOLUTELY come to this store if you want to inconvenience the working staff with your Amazon returns. Here’s a list a things you can expect if you dare to enter. 1. Spoken to rudely and told to use the Kiosk, 2. Berated on why the Kiosk needs to be used, 3. Reminded that you need to use Kiosk the entire time, 4. Yelled at in front of other customers in the store that the Kiosk has to be used because the store is now to busy for you, 5. Be blamed for the computer freezing before even starting any returns because you didn’t use the Kiosk, oh and did I mention use the Kiosk? Now, Christina please don’t think you would get away without being mentioned as you’re the “manager” who’s been named dropped in almost every bad review, I can’t say I’m shocked. Christina will certainly welcome you like the trash she thinks you are for simply having Amazon returns. Most of the staff here are just as bad as this so called manager however, we can’t really blame them can we? Shout out to the store owner who replies to the one star reviews with “email us your feedback”, obviously that isn’t working since you still have this Christina on your staff treating people the way she does. Imagine all the people who don’t leave reviews that have been graced with her unprofessionalism.

You walk in with Amazon returns and you receive rudeness but another customer is sending a package already boxed and the employees are nice and you get greeted friendly but not id its AMAZON. You need to hire employees that want to work with public and be considered not RUDE....
