    Had a delivery that would have been returned to sender. Spoke with Julio and he was very helpful and assured me that it would be redelivered the next day. Thanks Julio!

    Friday at 3:20 pm walked up to Sammy to ship a package. It was obvious that Sammy was not in the mood to offer any type of quality customer service to anybody. Perhaps someone should teach Sammy not to loudly smack and pop her gum while pointing to a wall without offering any type of help or information and expecting you to simply figure it out. She was clearly irritated with her role and responsibilities as a representative of USPS. My interaction with her lasted less than five minutes, but the amount of lip, smacking gum chewing, The lack of professionalism and customer service from this individual was shocking. But what was even more shocking is two of her peers just stood there and watched her perform in this manner.. considering us tax payers pay her salary, we deserve better. USPS find better quality employees.

    Clerk got really upset that i didn’t want to give up my space in line to a male customer. You see, i had 3 packages and he had only 1, which in her head seems like a decent reason for me to skip my place in line. So she gave me attitude and was rude because of that🥲 Misogyny in its best form. Shame on you!

    Don’t bother coming here for your passport as a walk in. If you’re not one of the first or you come in after 2:15, they turn you away.
