Their communication was consistent and proactive, and they followed through every step of the way. We did not find the package, but they really put a lot of energy into looking. It’s clear they genuinely care. Great people make all the difference, and this branch absolutely has them.

I expected slow service, horrible customer care, and a disorganized, misinformed environment. I wasn't disappointed. In fact, the three ladies 'in charge' managed to exceed all my negative expectations. If you're looking for efficiency or a basic level of professional courtesy, you’ll definitely find it somewhere else—because it isn't here.

It's just up for grabs to anyone. They couldn't even be bothered to leave it at my door. Not sure what the policy is but I'm sure my items shouldn't be sitting on top of the complexes mailbox in the open.

When I arrived to retrieve it, I was incorrectly informed that it was not available and told to return another day. This is unacceptable. The delivery failure was not my fault, and I should not be required to make multiple trips due to staff errors or poor tracking. I do not want to return tomorrow. I expect my package to be located and released to me today. This situation has already caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration. Plus Clerc at the post office had a nasty attitude, and was no help to me.
