Perhaps someone should teach Sammy not to loudly smack and pop her gum while pointing to a wall without offering any type of help or information and expecting you to simply figure it out. She was clearly irritated with her role and responsibilities as a representative of USPS. My interaction with her lasted less than five minutes, but the amount of lip, smacking gum chewing, The lack of professionalism and customer service from this individual was shocking. But what was even more shocking is two of her peers just stood there and watched her perform in this manner.. considering us tax payers pay her salary, we deserve better. USPS find better quality employees.
