  I am a frequent customer at this UPS Store location, as I often need to ship and return items for my business. I can't say enough about how wonderful Shanay and Jean are! They consistently greet me and my children with warmth and kindness, making us feel genuinely welcomed every time we visit. I never thought I would enjoy going to the UPS Store, but their cheerful demeanor, along with their professionalism, truly sets this place apart. The store is always neat and clean, and the service is quick and courteous. Thanks to Shanay, Jean, and their fantastic colleagues, this location is truly the best! Even if this isn’t your closest UPS store, I highly recommend coming here for all your shipping and return needs!

  Jean and Anaia are so professional! I dropped off a package and waited less than a minute to be served. Another customer was causing a bit of a scene trying to do an Amazon return and needed help at the kiosk. Jean tried to assist but she was very agitated. I was impressed at how he and Anaia handled the situation with a customer with a bad attitude. I will drive 5 miles to this location instead of the St Andrews store just because if the professional and friendly demeanor of Jean and his team. They are so helpful!

  Unfortunately, my experience at this store has not been the best. When Jean assists me, he is always rude. Today, for example, I was carrying many packages, and he refused to help me at the counter, forcing me to use the self-checkout. I have an issue with my hand that prevents me from doing the checkout, and I was also with my young daughter. He called another person to “help” me, but she didn’t do anything—she just stood there watching. I asked to be assisted at the counter because it was more convenient for me, and Jean started saying they would be charged over $100 for returns. I told him that this was not my problem, but he kept speaking loudly and rudely. I felt humiliated in the store. He continued raising his voice several times, so I told him that next time I would go to another store. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated in a store before

  The service at this UPS Store was completely unacceptable. The employee working at the counter was openly rude and refused to help with my Amazon returns. He let customers wait in line while he stood there doing nothing — not assisting anyone, just watching people struggle with the kiosk. His attitude and lack of effort were shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated at a business.
