- PGPedro GóesFeb 17, 20261.0Jean, the manager, lives in his own world. I am frequently traveling and ask my family members to pick up packages for me. Never had a problem in any UPS store. I asked my father to bring my id, a copy of his bank statement and of course my father's id. No, not accepted. They have to be the original printed by the utility company. I asked then to bring the packages to the original address, can it be done? No. Zero flexibility. The UPS website states you can bring Option 2:a photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package and proof of residency that matches the address on the package. But manager has their own set of rules he went to school to learn, he told me. Now I will have to wait 7 days, have the packages shipped back, pay for shipping AGAIN and then deliver to the very same address we had in the first place. I would not recommend this store.

She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through how to cancel and redo each return on my phone so I could generate the correct codes. She was kind, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Truly excellent customer service!
