- EME M MACJul 8, 20251.0I ordered an item from Etsy and of course the Post Office said they delivered the item. But, they did not. I know it wasn't the merchants fault, IT WAS THE POST OFFICE. I went in to the post office to find out what happened. I gave them the tracking # and of course it pulled up my address and front of my house. The merchant put my address on that. But, NO picture of the item on my front porch as stated to PROVE they did. So, of course now I'm out my item and the Post office doesn't have to be held accountable. If you're a merchant, DO NOT use the post office for your deliveries unless you just plain don't care.
