  I always loved going to this location because it's right down the road, and they were always so nice and helpful. Well don't go when the employee Nathan is working. He was so rude, and berating! I've never almost broke down crying in a store! Not only was he NOT helpful, but he made me feel stupid because I didn't know to send something back to Amazon on my phone. Instead of just saying he can't help me, he started saying loud to me as back and sat on the table as he yelling, "You need to learn, you need to learn, you do it!" I just needed to see if I do something different for returning for the same product, and no refund. Needless to say if I ever walk in there and see him again, I'll gladly go to another location. They are all so sweet and helpful, but this time just one person named Nathan wasn't, and I never been so embarrassed!! I'm not getting my day ruined again!

  Had a great experience at this UPS Store in Daytona Beach! It’s been a while since I’ve been in, and it looks like they’ve done some renovating — the place looks awesome. Super clean, organized, and just a really nice setup overall. The guy behind the counter was great too — super chill, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Honestly had fun sending a package up to my brother… which I didn’t expect to say about shipping something 😄 All around just a really solid experience. Definitely coming back next time I need to ship something!

  Very unprofessional experience at this location. An employee named Joseph was extremely rude, and another employee used profanity in front of me and my mother. The situation escalated to the point that a different staff member had to step in and tell him to watch his language. We were simply trying to complete a return, and the behavior we experienced was completely unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated, especially in a business setting. I have video of the incident. Management should take this seriously.

  The UPS Store – 1500 Beville Rd Daytona Beach FL This has to be the cheapest, most unhelpful UPS Store I’ve ever dealt with. I came in to ship two packages and got a front-row seat to how not to run a pack-and-ship business. First, I had a pair of prescription glasses already wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. I simply asked for a little extra snugging in the box. Not repacking. Not a full service. A sheet of paper would’ve done it. They refused to help. Then came the nickel-and-diming. $2.00 for a four-inch piece of tape. Not exaggerating. Four inches. And the part that really says everything: I was told they don’t have a trash can for customers. I had four tiny paper strips from the tape backing and was directed to walk outside and use a shopping center trash can. Let that sink in. A shipping store. No trash can for paying customers. This isn’t about inconvenience. I had the tape strips in my truck- thank goodness. I could toss those tiny pieces of trash anywhere. That’s not the point. The point is the complete absence of basic customer service and common sense. The employees acted like my reaction was the problem, (ha!) this tells me this level of pettiness is normal here. That falls on ownership. This store is run with a level of cheapness I’ve never seen. Not at UPS, not at FedEx, not at a small local shop. - Even USPS employees are more helpful with simple requests like I had today. That alone says everything. I honestly feel bad for the employees. If this is how the place treats customers, I can only hope they’re treated better behind the scenes -, especially with their pay grade. Maybe their restroom at least has supplies. Avoid this location if you expect even the bare minimum of service.
