    Surprised this place is still open. Went in to get something printed and the guy said he’s really busy and his machines are down. Not even joking, crazy.

    I was disappointed at their laptop selection. None of their laptops had screens that were very bright or capable of being used to say outside in a park.

    This location will probably close soon. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Their printers can only accept a USB device, no SD or MicroUSB. The asked the associate behind the counter if they had an adapter. He said no and turned to keep working. No apology, no offer to help…nothing. I found the manager and asked him if he could point me towards the SD card adapters as I was going to have to buy an adapter for their ancient printers that have limited capabilities. He showed me the isle and began to walk away. I stopped him and asked why no one is willing to help in this situation? He said there was nothing they could do. He also offered no apology and seemed almost offended that I had asked for help. I put back the $30 adapter and decided to not place a print order. Staples will never receive another dime from me. I encourage others to do the same.

    The employees were kind. The process of data transfer unfortunately took 1.5 days. It does seem like Staples is always short staffed.
