How do they get away with this awful behavior for so long! Getting MY mail in my box is always a gamble, and it has left me nervous about ordering expensive stuff through regular mail. Paying for a box at the site is not an option! I have had neighbors bring my mail or packages to me that was left in their boxes on many occasions and when I call to complain, they act like it was my fault and argue with me. In person or on the phone its always the same bad attitude and arrogance, no matter who it is and for such a beautiful building and major location, I cant fathom how they would hire the worst to run one of the best mail facilities in this GREAT city!! Tsk, Tsk!
