- MKMarianne KNov 4, 20251.0The newer woman at this location is incompetent and rude. Since she has been at this location, I have disliked going here. She never seems friendly and recently she entered in the shipping info incorrectly and the package it had sent a few days before was delivered to my house. I cannot get a refund for that label now because its used and has been through the mail process. I think her name is Sue, the woman that worked there previously. She was awesome and fun to talk with the few minutes in there, but this newer woman is awful.
