  This store is staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful people who are always friendly and kind. They speed through returns so my visits are fast and reliable. I know it will be a quick but productive experience every time I need to come to the UPS Store.

  I stopped by the store twice in one day to mail separate packages. The staff was helpful and sincerely interreacted and provided service. It is really rare to find friendly staff now a days and its such a pleasant surprise. Outside of that the supplies and services available were more than adequate. Also conveniently located but sometimes a lack of parking.

  I strongly advise against using this service for international shipments. The instructions provided are unclear, and there is very little guidance on what to expect throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend using DHL instead, as they are far more reliable and transparent.

  Was told to pack my items outside of the store and was sent to the sidewalk. What an embarrassment. Store management has no sense of discretion. This place is very poorly run. I highly suggest amazon discontinue their relationship with UPS due to terrible policies. UPS is in the business of shipping, but they'll throw you out if they can't box it for you too. Even though they have a sizeable lobby which was empty, I was sent out to the sidewalk almost immediately upon entering without even being told the cost of having them box the item. In the long run, I didn't even need a box or a label. This is not the first time that I enter and am quickly approached by the store manager, a woman of short stature, with something unpleasant. She truly takes joy in being the bearer of bad news. I also happen to be a minority. Time to replace management and use better discretion. The desk clerks were polite, don't overlook them.
