Confirmed with Katelyn at 1000am an appointment with Sabrina at 330 since she was off at 4pm. I gave them my phone number in case there was a problem. I took off work to make the appointment and arrived at 330, I was told that Sabrina left "Sick", I was never called, so now I had 1 hour to get this form notarized. The unprofessionalism of this location is above and beyond the WORST!!!!!!! Interesting tho, their closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and Sabrina went home "Sick". Pathetic
- JDjean michel DhainautDec 13, 20251.0I brought an Apple device to this UPS Store to return it under warranty, and they refused to take it, claiming that their system was “updating.” I contacted Apple Support afterward, and they confirmed that this location should have accepted the return, even if the system was being updated. Apple also mentioned that some UPS Stores simply choose not to take Apple returns because they do not make money on them. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. If a UPS Store is an Apple-authorized drop-off point, they should honor that responsibility instead of turning customers away with excuses. Very disappointing experience.

Now with that being said… This store actually helped me when the customer service from India was abysmal so they get five stars. The team here actual works real hard and I can see they care because I know us as customers throw a lot on their plate. My thing was a tall task which should’ve been picked up at my house but UPS logistics in India couldn’t help and even hung up on me. Thank you UPS Store on LPGA.
