The staff is so incredibly rude. Waited in line for 10 minutes and got up the counter at 1:57pm and they said they were closing and I had to come back. I said, "it's 1:57pm". They said no. It's 2pm. My iPhone stated 1:57pm. They literally waved goodbye in my face. It was crazy behavior. So unprofessional.

If you’re reading this prior to visiting this location, and do not have thirty to forty minutes to spare, do yourself a favor and drive the additional six minutes to the next nearest post office.
If you, however, enjoy the idea of stepping into an episode of the Twilight Zone, where the incompetence of our current government is on full display, come on down and enjoy the show!
This location generally operates with a single employee and training doesn’t seem to be high on the priority list. “I don’t know” seems to be the slogan here. I just spent over thirty minutes in line, and although there were five people in front of me when I arrived, two of them eventually gave up and left for another location, which likely ended up saving me over twenty minutes.
The employee working today is clearly undertrained, which is entirely the fault of whoever pretends to supervise this location. She was alone, which seems to be a common theme for anyone unlucky enough to be scheduled here, and was clearly in way over her head.
It’s easy to grow frustrated at the solo employee, whose trying to keep up with a job they weren’t properly prepared for, but the reality is that our current administration cut funding to our postal service, with a ludicrous reason that it’s not profitable. It was never intended to turn a profit, rather, be a service to the people. Just another addition to the ever-growing list of poor choices being made by those in charge.
If you do come to this location, you’ll inevitably leave frustrated. It’s an unfortunate reality. You’ll want to voice that frustration towards the employee, but remember that they get paid horrendously to struggle through a job they were likely never actually trained for.
I’m sure no one with the ability to make any changing is actually reading this, but if that does happen to be the case, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PROPERLY STAFF AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!

Went to drop off a letter and when i was going to pay i was going to pay with a $10. Now i know thats too much, i purposely did that for change back and the lady there had the audacity to complain about that. The employees need etiquette and be more respectful and not embarrass customers like that.
