She had an attitude with every single person who asked her a question and actually spoke back to them with disdain. She is a vile woman who should not be working there. I’ve been to many USPS in Florida and never have I seen such an incompetent person. She needs to be FIRED.

Big shout out to Melody for giving me so much grace. She guided me through filling out the form and I felt much better with everyone’s help. The other two ladies on shift also kindly proofread my writing when Melody was busy. I couldn’t have done it without them. This is a great branch and they will take care of you here! Edit: I just read the rest of the reviews on this page and wow, I’m truly surprised to see how unpopular Melody is. I was so clueless and scared to write that money order, and she helped me figure it out while joking around with me. She’s human and she’s a sweet one at that. I wouldn’t last a day working her job for sure.
