  Absolutely awful experience, which is a shame because in the past, they had lovely people working at this store. Unfortunately the lady at the store today was very disrespectful and nasty for absolutely no reason. I will no longer do business at that UPS store.

  I went to UPS because they are dependable. I wanted it sent UPS and they shipped it USPS. USPS has been terrible. I sent a letter express that took 2 weeks to arrive. I am very unhappy.

  I had a fingerprinting appointment yesterday that I’d already paid for in advance and had to leave work early for, only to be told by the employee when I got there that she wasn’t doing them because she was the only employee there. She told me to come back between 8-4:30 the next day. When I arrived this morning I was told that the machine was down, the technician wasn’t there, and I should come back later. Extremely unprofessional, a waste of money, and a waste of time

  Garbage packaging service. Avoid avoid avoid. I sent 3 frames, paid the shipping and additional fees for box and packing materials. Total cost about $40. UPS "the packing experts" packed the box themselves using no packing materials (which I had paid for?!). These were three wood frames with glass art. The package was only going about 1 hour north. The next day they all arrived at the delivery address completely damaged, broken glass, broken wood frames. I wouldn't trust these guys to pack anything valuable or meaningful to you. Insurance paid out the value but what a headache and these treasured items were completely trashed due to careless packing. First photo is at UPS, next photos is how they were delivered.

  If you need fingerprints, call this location first. I drove all the way, only to be told by a staff member that she couldn’t do it because she was alone, and that I needed to come back the next day. I came back the day after and the same lady helped me get my fingerprints. She was extremely kind to everyone as I needed to wait in line because there were three people in front of me. Service (the day I could complete the fingerprints) was 10/10!
