  The manager at the UPS Store was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted me with everything I needed, including printing my passport photos. Great customer service, I really appreciate her help!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store over the past two days while trying to return an Amazon package. Yesterday, I came in to return an item and was told I needed to pay for packaging and should contact Amazon for reimbursement. I showed the associate my return instructions clearly stating that no box or printed label was required and that I could simply bring the item to be shipped. Despite showing proof, they insisted I had to purchase a box. I told them it wasn’t a problem because I had extra boxes at home and that I would come back the next day with the item packaged. However, I was in the store from about 12:45 PM to 1:20 PM just trying to get this sorted out. During that time, the staff kept helping other customers in between and repeatedly left me waiting, which felt very unprofessional. Today, I returned to the store with the item already boxed and ready to go. I was then told it would cost $3.45 just to print the return slip. This was never mentioned to me the day before. In fact, the employee printed a slip for me the previous day with no issue and never said I needed to save it or that I would be charged if I came back. When I explained this, I was told I was lying in front of my toddler. After a few words back and forth with the manager, Sue, I left the store in tears. I simply came in to complete an Amazon return and instead was met with poor communication, long wait times, and disrespectful treatment. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to and how policies are communicated so others don’t have a similar experience.
