  UPS Store located in Shenandoah Square has great staff, and they provide wonderful customer service too. I have been going there for many years, and they are always helpful. The day I was last there was to return Comcast equipment. I was assisted by Christian, who was filling in at this location, as well as one other young man, whose name I don't remember. Wishing all my transactions were as effortless. Thank You 🩷 🩷

  The young employees at that store are always friendly, pleased to assist you, they are quick and happy to help you and is a pleasure to go there and be treated like everyone should be treated. Fantastic customer service skills.

  Scheduled and paid for electronic fingerprints today (Saturday) upon arrival they tell me they don’t do them on weekends any longer. Then why allow them to be scheduled??? I asked for exception, they said no. I asked for an apology, the little red haired kid with a trash stash said “it’s not my fault”. Multiple failures here folks. Avoid.
