  Great staff of helpful and pleasant individuals always smiling and ready to serve you, I’m a process server who go there 3 times a week to pick up work, they already know me and greet me with the bin full of documents. Keep up the good work guys!👏🏼

  There has never been one time that I’ve gone into this place UPS store in Davie Where everyone who worked there wasn’t extremely professional, extremely pleasant to deal with and always so gracious and patient. I would like to shout out, Nick Who is always so incredibly happy and joyful. I leave there feeling happy and joyful. This is honestly the best location around. .

  Highly Recommend UPS Store... I've been to this UPS store on Davie Rd Ext (Nova) location several times, I'm so glad to say that the experience each time was spectacular. The facility is clean, the smiles and warm greetings are pleasant and, the customer service is amazing. The products are always available, the prices are great. Although it was very busy most of the times I was there, the team work so well together to make the customers happy. A young lady name Brianna is the manager, she took time out to assist me with how to send documents to the store for printing. A few young men name Nick and Parker with another fella that I don't remember his name, we're very helpful to some senior citizens by being patient with them in explaining services that they needed. I'm a senior myself and you don't get that kind of service these days, I was very impressed. Great job UPS, keep up the good work.

  Quiero destacar el excelente servicio al cliente que recibí en The UPS Store gracias a Nick y Brianna. Ambos fueron extremadamente amables, profesionales y atentos en todo momento. Me ayudaron con mis necesidades de impresión asegurándose de que todo saliera con la mejor calidad, y también hicieron que el proceso de envío fuera rápido y sin complicaciones. Su actitud positiva y disposición para ayudar realmente marcaron la diferencia. Se nota que les importa brindar una experiencia de primera a cada cliente.   Daniel J goes above and beyond – UPS is lucky to have him! Review: I can’t say enough good things about Daniel J. He went out of his way to help me get important papers copied and faxed when I really needed it. He didn’t just do the basics – he went over and above to make sure everything was handled correctly and with care. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to help like that.
